Key Features and Benefits

The Fujitsu FJQE is a 4 port 10/100 Ethernet controller (designed for the physical and data link services defined by IEEE802.3u).

The Fujitsu FJGI is a single port or 4 ports, gigabit capable PCI based Ethernet network controller. The card is capable of auto-sensing 10/100/1000 speeds.

The Fujitsu FJFE is a single Fast Ethernet 10/100 controller

All of the cards are designed to operate with the Solaris Operating system.

Please note there are 2 limitations when used with Check Point VPN-1

  1. The name of the driver may need to be added manually to the
    /etc/fw.boot/ifdev file (prior to R55 HFA14)

  2. If performance pack is installed before performing ifconfig up/down/plumb or unplumb you must issue fwaccel off, issue the ifconfig command and then turn acceleration pack on with fwaccel on
