Product Description:  IKARUS Content Wall is a Linux based antivirus and URL-filtering add-on for Check Point VPN-1 NGX (also 4.1 and NG). It is able to scan huge traffic volumes due to sophisticated technologies. All important protocols such as HTTP, FTP, SMTP and additionally POP3, IMAP and NNTP will be scanned for viruses, spam and phishing mails. Scanning for each protocol can be configured with specific settings for specific user groups. IKARUS Content Wall is able to create any desired virtual CVP and UFP Server for an easy and flexible administration of different policies and settings for different users groups. IKARUS Content Wall also offers a session recording for Telnet, as well as Keyword-Filtering. A windows-based GUI gives an easy way for remote management of IKARUS Content Wall.

OPSEC Integration

General IKARUS Content Wall provides administrators of Check Point VPN-1 with effective virus protection as well as site blocking. It is integrated into an environment running VPN-1/FireWall-1 as a CVP and UFP Server.

All important protocols such as HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP and NNTP will be scanned for viruses and URLs via CVP and/or UFP. Each protocol can be configured with specific settings. IKARUS Content Wall also offers the possibility to create virtual CVP- and UFP-Servers for an easy and flexible administration of different user groups.

The program's administration takes place over a simple 32bit windows-interface. This empowers IKARUS Content Wall to assist Check Point VPN-1 as a powerful and flexible scalable antivirus add-on.
