We operate our MSS services from multiple Security Management Centers (SMCs) located in offices across the world with the main centers located in the UK, Germany and the East Coast of the USA. This network infrastructure is resilient to any single point of failure, ‘around the clock, around the globe’. Each SMC has its own team of highly-qualified and experienced analysts who provide the highest level of service, ensuring the best possible skill set is available at all times.

Unique Architecture:
Security Service Appliance (SSA); Integralis infrastructure is designed to support the active monitoring and management of tens of thousands of devices. A key element of this is our unique Security Service Appliance (SSA), a secure appliance that carries out multiple functions at your site. Most significantly, it permits distributed processing of the large volumes of data which security devices generate. A key benefit of the SSA is its ability to provide 100% information delivery - even if primary communication fails.

Among its wide range of facilities and services the SSA offers a log file analysis feature:

We are using sophisticated parsing techniques to analyze firewall logs, looking for security events and problems. To retrieve the log files we use currently an agent on the firewall components. We plan to build a LEA Agent that allows the SSA to fetch log files directly from the firewall system. The use of compression and encryption in the LEA communication will reduce network usage and add additional security for the communication.
