Solirix intends to integrate a patent-pending and unique technology call Single Packet Authorization (SPA) with Check Point firewall and VPN products. This integration will allow Check Point to provide the network filtering mechanism on which SPA is based, and any service protected in this way is rendered invisible on the network until a specially constructed (encrypted and non-replayable) packet is monitored by a Solirix appliance. Upon receiving a valid SPA packet, the Check Point firewall will dynamically reconfigured to allow temporary access to the requesting IP address. |
